The Elmwood Garage is located in downtown Roanoke at the corner of Williamson Road and Franklin Road, where Franklin becomes Tazewell Avenue, SE. Free parking is available in both the garage and the lot. The shuttle bus stops directly in front of the garage for your free ride to the Roanoke Civic Center. Shuttles run until the finish of all Civic Center events.
